A representative for Michele confirmed her engagement to Reich, the president of women's clothing brand AYR. He proposed to the singer with a 4-carat elongated radiant cut ring. Reich personally designed the jewelry with the help of Leor Yerushalmi and The Jewelers of Las Vegas. A source said that Michelle and Reich "couldn't be happier" to be engaged.

Stamp Of Approval

Reich, 35, and Michelle's romance even got the seal of approval from showrunner Ryan Murphy, whom the latter has worked with on the Fox series Scream Queens. Michelle said that it "sealed the deal" for her when Murphy gave her boyfriend the stamp of approval.

"When my boyfriend got the seal of approval from Ryan Murphy, that was it. Yeah my parents, yeah friends, whatever. But Ryan Murphy, it's a done deal - it sealed the deal," Michele said on the Emmys red carpet in September 2017.

In the same year in November, the 31-year-old New Year's Eve actress gushed about how Reich helps her stay grounded. She revealed that when she is not at work she prefers to stay at home with those that she loves, including her boyfriend, her cat, and her family. Reich helps her reset her focus outside of work and enjoy the time with the people that she loves.

Michele also admitted that she is happy in the relationship. She does not even need to hide her happiness because it shows on her face.

"I don't really talk a lot about my personal life, but I'm also the kind of person where I always say, 'You will see how happy I am just by looking at my face,'" she said.

Reich and Michele were first romantically linked in July 2017. However, they have been together for over a year.
