Reality star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro finds himself involved in some non-Jersey Shore related drama for once. His baby mama is arrested for domestic battery against him.

Dangerous Driving

Jen Harley, his ex-girlfriend and the mother of their 3-month-old daughter Ariana Sky, was booked in the early hours of Monday, June 25 in Las Vegas. Harley's bail was set at $3,000.

TMZ reports that she and Ortiz-Magro were fighting in a car she was driving, on the way home from a barbecue, when the incident occurred. She reportedly struck the Jersey Shore alum in the face.

Ortiz-Magro demanded that Harley pull over but was unable to untangle himself from his seatbelt. When his baby mama began to drive away, he was dragged alongside the car, leaving him bloodied and bruised. Their young daughter was also in the car at the time.

Public Arguments

The ex-couple began dating in July 2017, with Harley falling pregnant early on in their relationship. Their fights have been more frequent since Ariana's birth, on April 3. The two were known for slinging insults and accusing each other of cheating, among other things.

After a particularly eventful Instagram Live tussle back in April, Ortiz-Magro issued a statement to fans, apologizing for his behavior.

"This is a private matter that should have never been made public. I remain focused on my daughter and she is my number one priority," he explained at the time.

Then, earlier this month, the two argued at Planet Hollywood in Vegas. The cops were called and subsequently confirmed a battery had been committed against Ortiz-Magro. According to multiple eyewitnesses, Harley punched Ortiz and spat on him. She denied the allegations.

"I did not hit him; I did not punch him. It was all recorded," she said.

The two were reportedly fighting over their daughter, as Harley allegedly refused to tell Ortiz-Magro where Ariana was at the time.

Rocky Relationship

The couple have had a difficult on-off relationship, but are currently not together and are working to co-parent their daughter as best they can. Back in May, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that the two of them fight constantly and are better off apart.

"It will be better for their daughter in the end. ... [They] can be toxic together. When things are good, they're good, but when they're bad, they're really bad," the insider said.

Ortiz-Magro has a reputation for feuding with his Jersey Shore cast-members, too, including ex-girlfriend Sammi Giancola, who did not return for the recent Family Reunion series of the hit reality show, and Mike "the Situation" Sorrentino, whose legal situation he frequently makes fun of on TV.

The Planet Hollywood incident actually happened while Ortiz-Magro was shooting the second season of Family Reunion. His roommates called him out for treating Harley badly during her pregnancy on Season 1.

In one particularly explosive episode, Ortiz-Magro was caught on camera leading an unidentified woman upstairs in their shared villa, only for co-star Pauly D to step in before things went too far.
