Flava Flav has an arsenal of fireworks to celebrate the 4th of July holiday even after last year's Fourth of July incident when he accidentally ignited a mega explosion on his block.

TMZ published pictures of the rapper, formerly known as William J. Drayton and his grand stock of mini explosives that he is storing in his house in Las Vegas. According to TMZ, the rapper plans to set them off later tonight.

Flav says the arsenal is worth roughly $8,000 but he didn't have to pay a cent because he has a deal with the local firework company that supplied the mini-bombs. According to Flav, the company agreed to give him cash and a garage-full of fireworks in exchange for one commercial

Flav told TMZ, he learned his lesson last year when he accidentally ignited a mega-explosion on his block. Flav put on a show that lit the sky with smoke and explosives, attracting more than just friends and neighbors.

The police arrived in the middle of the show and asked Flav to stop it and clear the spectators from the area. He shouted back that it was for the kids but the police officer reportedly continued to tell him to get everyone out of the area.

Although he was forced to stop to the show and usher the attendees out of the vacinity, he avoided being arrested or even having the issue cited.

This time around Flav insists he's going to be "responsible" with the fireworks ... and will try to make sure the show is a quick one, in an effort to not piss off his neighbors, or local law enforcement.
