Simon Cowell sure knows how to celebrate his birthday right. Sometimes, however, he doesn't not know how to perfectly set the celebration according to his frantic schedule.

The "America's Got Talent" judge canceled one of his post-birthday fetes two days before the scheduled celebration. The party was set at a Chelsea restaurant, La Famiglia, on Wednesday night, due to conflicts in schedule, he had to void the invitations for the part which were given to his friends from all over the world.

The cancellation notice from Cowell and his 42-year-old partner, Lauren Silverman, included their sincerest apologies about the postponed dinner.

Cowell is known for being workaholic and focused on everything he does. With the recent abrupt cancellation, Cowell and his partner were hopeful that their friends would understand since the "bigger celebration" can wait until December to allow his schedule to be leisurely available.

He already celebrated his 60th birthday exactly on October 7 at Nobu in Malibu together with Silverman, son Eric, and some of his close friends.

Looking Young at 60

Cowell already turned 60, but fans noticed that he still has that youthful-looking skin and face that is almost-free from wrinkles.

In 2018, he admitted that he underwent a facelift and it hurt him like hell. According to his interview with "The Sun", he chose "sewing bioplastic-infused thread" -- a newly-renovated non-surgical plastic surgery procedure.

"There's lots of things you can do now. You don't just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox. It hurts like hell but it gets rid of sun damage and unplugs all the crap," the veteran talent seeker said, showing how confident he was with the outcome of the procedure.

For what it's worth. Cowell regretted it when he went overboard in using Botox.

In addition to the procedures, he also received regular face massages, facials and a shot of placenta.

The 60-year-old businessman takes care of his body, as well. He engages himself to diets and routines, which helped him achieve a well-toned six-pack abs. Other people even thought that he had his gastric band fitted to attain the body he has now.

Per "Best," he revealed his diet to achieving a healthy body. Cutting out fatty foods and drinks was his first step. He followed it by cutting sweets, which he found difficult at first.

Whatever health plan he has right now, his fans are confident that his body is party-ready anytime.
