Danielle Bradbery is grateful for winning The Voice, but she is even more stoked about having Blake Shelton as a mentor.

The 16-year-old Bradbery took home the trophy on season 4 of The Voice. Picked to be on Team Blake, the young singer was given a great advantage at the start.

Shelton has had one of his team mebers win in three out of four seasons of the NBC show. Although he picks great talents, the record clearly shows that he is a gifted coach and teacher for his chosen performers.

"Blake, as a coach and as a friend, too, he's caring," Bradbery recently told CMT Radio, according to CMT. "He really has your back no matter what, and he really makes sure you're OK with everything, and he treats everybody the same. And, of course, me being 16, and he's a grown man, so I have that fatherly perspective. So I can talk to him about anything."

Being a country singer himself, it is no surprise that Shelton knew how to guide his two country inspired finalists, The Swon Brothers and Bradbery. However, he has not abandoned either group, even though his job is technically over.

Shelton has been working setting up meetings for The Swon Brothers in Nashville.

"He's been texting us," said Zach Swon, according to The Oklahoman. "He can be a wise guy, but right now it's all business."
