Megan Fox offered a genuine reaction soon after her divorce from Brian Austin Green has been formally finalized.

Although Fox and Green decided to end their relationship more than a year ago, the actress moved forward before that.

Sources opened up to multiple news outlets recently after the chapter Fox and Green once shared came to an end.

One insider told Us Weekly that the 35-year-old feels beyond grateful for the guidance she received from her attorney, Laura Wasser, throughout the process.

"Megan has moved forward with her life and is pleased with the outcome of the divorce settlement," the source said.

Meanwhile, a separate source told PEOPLE that the actress actually moved on before the divorce finalization happened. To start her journey alone, Fox started a new life with her now-fiance, Machine Gun Kelly.

Per the insider, Fox is happy though she obviously left the chapter behind a long time ago. Now that her divorce has been finalized, she is reportedly excited to marry the rapper very soon.

Fox and Green filed for divorce on Oct. 15, 2021. A judge signed their settlement earlier this week, and it has been confirmed that there created no prenup agreement.

Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green's Relationship Timeline

Fox and Green tied the knot in June 2010 and welcomed three sons - Noah, Bodhi, and Journey.

Before filing for the recent divorce, they hit rock bottom when they briefly broke up in August 2015 but got back together in June of the following year.

Things still did not go well between them when they shocked their fans with their split announcement in May before filing for divorce.

"So right now the paths are different and she is on her path doing what she feels she needs to be doing to be happy and I'm on my path doing what I feel I need to do to be happy and it's not for a lack of love for the kids or lack of being responsible, it's really important to take care of yourself," Green said at that time.

Fox started seeing Machine Gun Kelly after she appeared in the music video for his song "My Bloody Valentine." They made their relationship official a month after the former couple split.
