It seems like Kanye West is not giving up on pursuing Kim Kardashian again as he made another move to delay their divorce proceedings after declining her request to be legally single; what happened to the couple?

According to Radar Online, the "American Girl" rapper is now questioning whether their prenuptial agreement is valid or not. The couple signed the papers before getting married in 2014.

It all started when Kardashian made a request to the judge.

Per legal documents obtained by the outlet, the Yeezy founder is fighting his estranged wife's plea to grant her a request that would finally free her from the marriage by being legally single.

West was accused of not negotiating a divorce settlement, and Kardashian wants to tap out from the legality of their marriage as there is no hope for reconciliation.

In the declaration filed in court, the SKIMS founder explained her estranged husband has been trying to win her back publicly, including Valentine's day, where the rapper sent a truck full of flowers with text written in the vehicle that reads, "My Vision is Krystal Klear."

In addition, Kanye has also been attacking Pete Davidson on his Instagram account over the past weeks, which Kardashian also brought up in the motion, saying the online posts have been causing her emotional distress.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians Star" then argued that there's nothing to fight about as they both signed a prenup and revealed their earnings would be separate during their marriage.

The only joint account they have is for their four children's budget.

Today, West argues that his social media posts shouldn't be part of the divorce proceedings and doesn't believe it can be used as evidence.

The rapper's lawyer also disagrees with Kardashian's argument about their prenup as it should be stricken based on California law.

"Premarital agreements entered on or after January 1, 2002, are presumptively invalid," the document reads.

The lawyer added that the KKW Beauty CEO's claims regarding the prenup should be invalid until "rebutted at trial or the parties ratify the agreement."

There is still no further information on whether Kanye West will make a claim for his ex's fortune.

At the time of this writing, Kim Kardashian has remained silent regarding the matter.
