Jenelle Evans is setting the record straight about her current condition as she revealed her shocking diagnosis after experiencing unexplainable health woes over the past few years.

Speaking to E! News, the "Teen Mom 2" star revealed she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, but she never thought she had the condition until a doctor broke the news.

Explaining the symptoms she felt through the years, Evans said she experienced "extremely bad tension headaches and full-body aches," which felt like flu despite not being sick.

The pain was so worse she sometimes lay in bed and cried.

"For a long time, no one believed my symptoms until I got a second opinion from a new neurologist recently," she added. (via Us Weekly Magazine)

In addition to the things she felt above, she also suffered from back and neck problems and sinus issues.

In a TikTok video, Evans said she didn't stop at her diagnosis because there were times that she felt like she couldn't breathe, leading her to undergo a lung check-up with a different doctor.

After taking a FeNO test to determine if she had an inflammation in her airways, the doctor told her it was "abnormally low."

She has been prescribed an inhaler and medication for her "esophagus spasms."

Celebrities Who Are Open With Their Fibromyalgia Journey

Jenelle Evans isn't the only celebrity who came out with such medical conditions, as several stars are open with their fibromyalgia journey.

Speaking in the October 2018 issue of Vogue Magazine, Lady Gaga candidly opened up about her struggles with the medical condition, saying she gets irritated with people who don't believe that fibromyalgia is real.

Explaining her take on the matter, the "Million Reasons" singer believes that it is a cyclone of different mental health problems like PTSD, trauma, depression, panic disorder, and anxiety that send the nervous system into overdrive.

Aside from Mother Monster, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards and Morgan Freeman are also struggling from the condition.
