Marilyn Miglin, a popular TV personality known for her hosting gig on the Home Shopping Network, has passed away at the age of 83.

The "Queen of Makeover's" death was confirmed in a statement posted on her website, saying she passed away on March 14.

As reported by Hollywood Life, Miglin died due to complications from a stroke; her family also surrounded her at the time of her passing.

However, none of her family members have confirmed if the cause of death circulating online is true.

"She will be greatly missed by all who knew her but her spirit will stay with all of us," the statement continued.

The family is honoring her request of not pushing through a service, but instead, fans could donate any amount to the non-profit organizations she cherished, like the University of Illinois Health Craniofacial Center of Chicago, Anti-Cruelty Society, and many more.

The Czech Republic-born host has been a familiar face in the television industry as she had hosted the Home Shopping Network for more than two decades.

Dubbed as "The Queen of Makeovers," Miglin ventured out into the business world as she released Marilyn Miglin Cosmetics in the early 1960s, which became a massive success to fans.

Aside from being a successful entrepreneur and TV personality, Miglin also used her influence by helping to establish the University of Illinois' Craniofacial Center, a team that helps facially disfigured victims and burns survivors.

Who Was Marilyn Miglin's Husband?

Marilyn Miglin's husband, Lee Miglin, was a famous businessman and philanthropist. He started his carer as a salesman until he worked as a broker, which led him to become one of the well-known brokers in America.

The business tycoon passed away in 1997 after getting murdered by the infamous Andrew Cunanan, the same man who killed fashion designer Gianni Versace in his home.

Lee and Marilyn had two children together named Marlena and Duke.

Despite getting married for the second time, the TV host's second relationship didn't last as her second husband passed away a few months after the wedding.

In a previous interview with The Chicago Tribune, the Queen of Makeovers got candid about her husband's death, saying she didn't heal from the situation, but instead, she adjusted.

"I lived the life of a fairy princess and I had a prince for 38 years, and then one day my prince went to war and didn't come back," she added.
