Bob Saget died unexpectedly on January 9 after sustaining a fatal head injury.

His death, however, is shrouded in mystery, as to how a seemingly healthy person could collapse and die.

According to The Sun, a legal expert suspected that the actor may have been suffering from health concerns at the time of his tragic death.

While the "Full House" actor's family disputed that he was suffering from any health difficulties, former assistant US Attorney Neama Rahmani said that "healthy persons do not generally fall backward, knock their head, and die."

Neama claimed that the data that his family had blocked from public view could show that he had health difficulties such as seizures or other ailments.

She believes that photos of Bob's body in the hotel room could be embarrassing for him, depending on what he was doing right before he tragically died, and that the family could maintain Bob's dignity by barring the documents' distribution.

"We may see judges siding with family members over the presumption that these records are public," Neama added. "There has been a recent trend in celebrities litigating to limit dissemination of graphic photos, starting with Vanessa Bryant, and we may see judges siding with family members over the presumption that these records are public."

Kelly Rizzo, Bob Saget's widow, and their three adult daughters filed a lawsuit in early March, claiming that the records surrounding his death would cause them "mental suffering, anxiety, and emotional distress."

However, Bob Saget's family's request to keep his autopsy images, recordings, and other data linked to his death from being disclosed was approved early this week.

The personal belongings of Bob Saget discovered in his room are included in the blocking of details.

Investigators with the Orange County Sheriff's Office speculated in the final report released a few days ago that the 65-year-old celebrity tripped and fell on a carpeted floor before striking his head. The reason of death for Bob Saget, on the other hand, is still unknown.

Bottles of over-the-counter and prescription medicines were also discovered in the hotel room, according to the investigators' findings. However, due to his family's wish, no further facts were revealed.

The terms of the injunction include 57 images of the hotel, and Bob Saget's room, including bodycam footage shot outside the hotel room, will still be made public. The video taken from inside his room, on the other hand, will be kept private.
