The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has openly expressed his thanks to Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher for their continued support.

Mila Kunis was born in Urkaine in 1983 before moving to the United States in 1991. When the crisis broke out, Kunis and Kutcher were quick to act, setting up a fund to help support the Ukranian efforts. The couple has so far raised $35 million dollars for the war efforts. They have also promised to donate $3 million themselves to support Ukriane's on-going fight.

President Zelensky, according to an article on The Hollywood Reporter, has noted the efforts of the power couple. He took to Twitter on Sunday, publicly thanking them by saying, ".@aplusk & Mila Kunis were among the first to respond to our grief. They have already raised $35 million & are sending it to @flexport & @Airbnb to help refugees. Grateful for their support. Impressed by their determination. They inspire the world. #StandWithUkraine." Pictured in the tweet, President Zelensky is seen on a Zoom call with Kunis and Kutcher.

The two continue to support the efforts in Ukraine in whatever way they can. On the GoFundMe page, Kunis heartfully penned:

"Today, I am a proud Ukrainian...While my family came to the United States in 1991, I was born in Chernivtsi, Ukraine in 1983. Ukrainians are proud and brave people who deserve our help in their time of need. This unjust attack on Ukraine and humanity at large is devastating and the Ukrainian people need our support.... While we are witnessing the bravery of Ukrainians, we are also bearing witness to the unimaginable burden of those who have chosen safety. Countless amounts of people have left everything they know and love behind to seek refuge. With nothing but what they could carry, these Ukrainian refugees are in need of housing and supplies right away."
