Will Elon Musk admit his rumored relationship to Amber Heard while she was still married to Johnny Depp - in court?

Johnny Depp has called on the billionaire to expose all of his interactions with his ex-wife, which the billionaire actually agreed to do, surprisingly.

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, is scheduled to appear in the defamation trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, and he is one of the most shocking witnesses.

According to court filings, Elon is slated to testify during the trial via a video conference call.

A subpoena has been issued to the SpaceX founder, demanding that he give over all contacts he had with Amber as well as all correspondence from various stages in their alleged connection.

As a result of the trial, it is predicted that a large number of texts will be read and made public.

At present, there is no indication as to what the line of questioning for Tesla creator will be like in the documents.

While it is unclear exactly what Elon will be questioned about during the impending trial, it is probable that the incident recounted in the documents could come up during the proceedings.

Amber's attorneys may also inquire about previous inquiries concerning their connection that were posed to her during the first trial.

Amber already denied allegations that she was having an affair with Elon while married to "the Pirates of the Caribbean" actor during a July 2020 testimony.

During Johnny's libel trial against The Sun in 2020, which Johnny lost, she stated that she was not in a "relationship with or seeing" Elon at the time.

Elon also disputed the existence of the relationship in a statement provided to Vanity Fair by his attorney.

"Elon and Amber didn't start seeing each other until May 2016, and even then it was infrequent. Their relationship didn't become romantic until some time later," the statement said.

Amber and Elon's purported texts were read aloud in court during the libel trial, including one in which he offered her "24/7 security" the day after an alleged domestic violence altercation involving the "Sweeney Todd" star was reported.

Amber and Elon did have a brief love relationship after their divorce, but it ended abruptly. Their relationship lasted approximately one year before ending in 2017.

A brief reunion with each other occurred in 2018, however the romance did not continue, and they separated a few months later.

Despite the fact that they had broken up, Amber appeared to still hold a positive opinion of Elon. "Elon and I had a beautiful relationship, and we have a beautiful friendship now, one that was based on our core values," she told The Hollywood Reporter in a 2018 interview. "We just bonded on a lot of things that speak to who I am on the inside. I have so much respect for him."

She even specified what they bonded over. "Intellectual curiosity, ideas and conversation, as well as a shared love for science," she noted .
