The second trailer for Machete Kills was released Friday, featuring more Lady Gaga and Charlie Sheen.

The trailer begins with a phone ringing in the middle of the night, and Sheen answers it with three different women in his bed. Sheen answers, "This is the president." Sheen is credited as his birth name, Carlos Estevez, for the first time in the actor's career.

The trailer then reveals the main plot of the movie: ex-Federal agent Machete (Danny Trejo) is enlisted by the president to kill a "revolutionary," played by Mel Gibson, who intends on launching a missile at Washington, D.C.

As the trailer unfolds, Machete interacts with several eccentric characters, played by actors Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Sofia Vergara, Antonio Banderas, Cuba Gooding, Jr. and singer Lady Gaga.

Gaga is seen in a short red dress while wearing a neon yellow wig. This is the Born This Way singer's film acting debut, though she has made cameo appearances in such films as The Muppets and Men in Black 3.

Machete Kills is directed by Robert Rodriguez and is the follow-up to 2010's Machete. Trejo, Alba and Rodriguez are reprising their roles from the original film.

Rodriguez discussed the film in 2012 with Screenrant and said that there would be a "space element" included in the film. "We've given the character a much bigger playground. It's going to be like a James Bond movie, with a Bond-style villain," Rodriguez said.

He revealed that Gibson "won't just be [grinning], doing bad-guy stuff. He's going to do something with it that'll really get people talking."

Machete Kills will be released in theaters on Oct. 11. The film also stars Vanessa Hudgens, Zoe Saldana, Amber Heard, Demian Bichir and Edward James Olmos.
