Kailia Posey Real Cause of Death Tragic: Did 'Toddlers & Tiaras' Star Die of Foul Play?

Kailia Posey, an iconic meme star from "Toddlers & Tiaras," has died. She was only 16.

Posey's mother first confirmed the heartbreaking news on Facebook, sharing a photo of the late star which was taken weeks ago.

"I don't have words or any thoughts. A beautiful baby girl is gone. Please give us privacy as we mourn the loss of Kailia. My baby forever," she wrote.

She did not reveal Kailia Posey's cause of death. But she noted hours before confirming her passing that she was about to graduate with honors next month.

Meanwhile, Daily Mail and The Sun shared articles that revealed what could have possibly led to her death.

In one post by Daily Mail, the news outlet said that Posey was found dead at Washington state park days after the attending prom. The Washington State Police confirmed the development, saying that the authorities launched an investigation into a possible juvenile death.

They reportedly responded to the scene on Monday and assisted the Whatcom County Sheriff in the area. The County Sheriff's Office refused to give further details about Kailia Posey's death since it is currently under an active investigation.

The Sun, on the other hand, claimed that the TV star was said to have been involved in a car accident in Las Vegas. While confirming the update, it was eventually discovered that she died in her home state of Washington.

It remains unknown whether or not a vehicle was involved in her passing.

Tributes Pour After Kailia Posey's Death

Posey famously appeared in the TLC hit series, "Toddlers & Tiaras" with her mother. She became part of it for seven seasons from 2009 to 2013.

"Toddlers & Tiaras" explored the lives of families whose young children participated in beauty pageants. For Posey's part, she began competing at the age of three and made it her pastime in the past years.

Most recently, she joined the Miss Washington Teen USA.

Fans and friends of the late star took their heartbreaks online, reminiscing their times with Posey before she passed away at a very young age.
