Justin Bieber Regretted Marrying Hailey Baldwin During First Few Months?

Did Justin Bieber have second thoughts about marrying Hailey Baldwin during the first few months of their marriage?

In a new interview, the "Peaches" singer recalled what happened during the early stages of his marriage to the model, as well as the lesson he learnt after a while.

"It's a journey," the 28-year-old award-winning singer remarked on "The Ebro Show" on May 2, via E! Online.

Justin revealed that he thought being married would solve all of his problems - but it disappointed him when it didn't, and he admitted to having an emotional breakdown.

"It was just a reflection of, like, 'You're a bit of a hypocrite, man.' For example, you want your wife to do something that you aren't doing.'"

He then went on to explain, "And it's hard sometimes to look in the mirror and realize, 'Man, maybe you're not the person that you necessarily thought you were.' And you're well aware that this is simply the product of trauma and life circumstances."

Despite the difficulties, Justin Bieber attributed his success to his faith.

Many fans are aware that the Canadian performer is open about his relationship with Jesus. Leaning on his faith, according to reports, made a significant difference in his life.

"Just the concept that I'm forgiven and that, you know, he's taking me through this road and, you know, day by day, I get to just, you know, grow better and better and not be too hard on myself," Justin explained.

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin wedded in a New York courthouse ceremony in 2018, and then married again the following year in South Carolina.

However, the two superstars, like any other relationship, had their ups and downs.

In fact, in a 2019 interview with Vogue, Hailey Baldwin admitted that marriage was difficult for her.

Despite this, they stayed devoted to one another.

The 25-year-old blonde beauty stated that they fight to do the right thing and have a good relationship.

They are still learning as they go along in their marriage, despite their age.

But, as she puts it, "you don't wake up every day saying, 'I'm madly in love, and you are amazing.'"

"That is not what marriage entails. But there's something lovely about wanting to fight for something, to commit to something alongside someone."
