The jury in the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard trial has resumed deliberations for the second day.

The seven-person jury began deliberating last week but failed to reach a verdict. However, a decision might be reached as soon as today.

The special verdict form provided to the jury by the Fairfax, Virginia court was obtained by Radar Online.

The form states that the document contains statements on which the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star bases his defamation claim against the "Aquaman" actress, and that the jury must answer the questions in accordance with the court's instructions, with jurors instructed to focus on Depp's and Heard's previous statements.

On the first page, the jury was asked to focus on Heard's statement, "I spoke up against sexual violence - and faced our culture's wrath. That has to change."

The jury will decide if the statement was made by heard and determine if it was about the actor and if they think it's all false.

"Do you find that Mr. Depp has proven all the elements of defamation?"

It also asked, "Has Mr. Depp proven by a greater weight of evidence that the statement was made or published by Ms. Heard? Was the statement about Mr. Depp? Was the statement false? Does the statement have a defamatory implication about Mr. Depp? The defamatory implication was designed and intended by Ms. Heard?"

"Due to circumstances surrounding the statement's publication, it conveyed a defamatory implication to someone who saw it other than Mr. Depp?"

"Do you find that Mr. Depp has proven that Ms. Heard acted with malice by clear and convincing evidence?"

The second step is determining if the statement has a "defamatory implication" to the "Edward Scissorhands" star and if a random reader of the Washington Post op-ed would be aware that Heard wrote about Depp.

The jury will also consider if Depp provided clear and persuasive evidence that his ex-wife acted maliciously.

Other Heard remarks will be scrutinized, and the same questions from the first statement will be applied to the second and third.

If the jury agrees with the actor on all issues, they will determine the amount of compensation and damages Depp will get.

Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for $50 million for defamation while the blonde bombshell is also countersuing for $100 million.
