Kim Kardashian did not know that Will Ferrell and Jimmy Fallon were on Saturday Night Live.

Okay, let's get one thing straight. It is impossible for everyone to know everything. We are all going to have gaps in our knowledge, fields of the world that we know next to nothing about.

For reality-star-business-woman-soon-to-be-lawyer Kim Kardashian, one of those gaps just happened to be her history of Saturday Night Live knowledge. She can't be expected to know everything! (It's not like she's dating one of the longtime star members of the cast...oh wait...)

Prior to hosting her episode - the episode that set the Kim Kardashian-Pete Davidson relationship in motion - the Kardashian had never seen an episode of the late night sketch show. She did not even know that present day entertainment rockstars Will Ferrell and Jimmy Fallon got their start on the famous show.

This came to light during an interview last night on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. The icon said to the late night talk show host:

"I gotta be honest: I had no idea you were on...Even a month after, I was at dinner, and Will Ferrell was sitting right next to me - the show had just aired, when I was on - and he had mentioned he had seen it. And I literally had to text Pete and be like, 'Wait, was Will Ferrell on SNL?' And I was so embarrassed."

We love these relatable Kim moments.

Something else that this brings to light: if Kim never watched the show, that means she was not fan-girling over Pete Davidson before they met. They are not together because she thought he was funny from afar. She was not familiar with his work. They met, and they hit it off.

Honestly, that's beautiful.
