Prince Harry has reportedly started to regret the huge gamble he took when he left the UK with Meghan Markle.

It has been years since Prince Harry and Meghan did the bombshell Megxit. Although he has been flying back and forth to participate in some royal events, a royal author recently revealed that it started to sink in that he made a wrong move when he left his UK life.

Royal author Duncan Larcombe recently revealed that the Duke of Sussex is having "second thoughts" while regretting the decision he knew he should have never made.

In an interview with Closer Magazine (via Express UK), Larcombe noted that the royal prince looked homesick.

"Harry's suddenly playing polo again and drinking with his new friends - all things he used to enjoy doing in the UK. Meghan is cheering him on on the sidelines, helping create this perfect LA life for him to justify what he's given up in the UK," he went on.

The royal author then claimed that something is not right as Prince Harry looks unhappy with Meghan Markle.

The news outlet noted that the Duke of Sussex started playing polo at the Cancha de Estrella Polo Club in Santa Barbara since their family moved to California. Larcombe, meanwhile, thought that the prince might wonder sometimes if his decision has been worth it.

Prince Harry Regretting Life With Meghan?

It is not the first time Prince Harry has been accused of regretting his decision to leave his senior royal life.

According to Princess Diana's ex-bodyguard, Ken Wharfe, Prince Harry would live to regret his decision to move to the US.

"His choices were limited, and there was that fear of losing his new bride... in my opinion he decided to jump! And it's a jump I feel he will come to regret," he told New Idea Magazine.

Meanwhile, The Daily Telegraph reported previously that Harry told his friends he could not believe how his life "has been turned upside down" after he lost the military connections and the service titles he used to have.

Since California and England are two completely different places, a lot of people expected the royal prince to experience a culture shock as soon as he relocated to the U.S. with Meghan.

Unfortunately, he had "unrealistic expectations" about LA and life in Hollywood.
