Presumably, Charlie Sheen chose to compromise above attaining victory. This is in relation to his HIV case, which started way back 2017. Is he owning up to all the accusations made against him in effect of this decision?

According to TMZ, Charlie Sheen has settled a lawsuit filed by an ex-girlfriend who alleged he willfully exposed her to HIV. According to reports, she was awarded $120,000 in the transaction.

The plaintiff, identified only as "Jane Doe" in court records, alleged in her initial June 2017 petition that she met Sheen in September 2015 and that they began having sexual encounters shortly thereafter.

Beginning on October 26, 2015, he allegedly began engaging in unprotected sex with the woman, who is described in court documents as a "Russian immigrant." Prior to the skin-to-skin contact, he told her that he was "fine" in response to her inquiry about sexually transmitted illnesses.

However, following the deed, he allegedly admitted to her that he was HIV-positive, something he had known since 2011; he also allegedly provided her antiretroviral medication.

She allegedly sought more preventative care at an emergency clinic before confronting him a few days later about his behavior.

During the altercation, he allegedly referred to himself as "noble" for telling her about his HIV status in the first place, adding that he hadn't told her before they had unprotected sex because "it was none of her f-ing business."

He apparently continued his tirade by declaring that anti-viral medications were unnecessary and part of "the convenient rumors of the medical profession."

The entire claimed incident allegedly occurred just weeks before the "Two and a Half Men" star disclosed his HIV status to Matt Lauer on the "Today" show in November 2015, when he said he had contracted the disease.

This was not the first lawsuit filed against Sheen alleging that he deliberately exposed a previous sexual partner to HIV, nor was it the first to charge various other disgraceful conduct on the actor's behalf in the context of his amorous relationships.

In December 2015, Sheen's ex-fiancée, Scottine Ross, filed another suit alleging the actor had committed assault and battery against her during their relationship, with the lawsuit detailing a number of horrific instances of his alleged treatment of her, in addition to his failure to disclose his HIV status to the model and pornographic actress, who was 24 years old at the beginning of their roughly one-year relationship.

In 2016, it was revealed that Sheen had deliberately exposed at least 25 sexual partners to HIV by failing to warn them that he was an HIV carrier. In an attempt to defend his activities, he claimed at the time that he had not engaged in unprotected sexual activity during the relevant encounters.
