Hero Fiennes Tiffin, the film's protagonist, has lately divulged some plot details that really surprised him.

Despite the fact that the fourth film concludes, Hardin Scott and Tessa Young's tale is not over, and Hero revealed something that will surprise fans in an exclusive interview with Hollywood Life.

In this movie, Hardin battles the inner demons he's had since he was a kid, but his emotional journey in this movie will allow him to move on from his past trauma.

Meanwhile, according to the British actor, the film's finale will surprise everyone, since Hardin and Tessa will not be together at the end, which Hero is also astonished by.

Fans of the film series are aware that the pair experienced ups and downs, not just personally but also as a relationship.

In the fourth film, Tessa relocates to New York while her on-again, off-again lover works on Himself.

After Hardin visits New York, the film jumps forward five months.

Tessa realized Hardin had published a book about their love just as they were set to reunite. Another time leap occurred, and Hardin went on to write his book.

Tessa showed up to Hardin's book reading without being noticed, and she fled just before the author could spot her face in the throng, according to the finale of "After Ever Happy."

Hardin appeared to be aware of Tessa's presence.

He called the entire thing "interesting," giving him a "nice exercise of ability as an actor to not make those decisions."

Hero also believes it's nice leaving things to the viewers' imagination and "not really finalizing anything because you always want to say never say never."

But when asked if Hardin realized that Tessa was there at the book event, Hero said, "I felt like it was a more instinctual 'my soulmate is in the same room, and I can feel it.' So yeah, I think he did."

The story of Hardin and Tessa will not end just yet, because a sequel to "After Ever Happy" titled "After Everything" has already finished filming.
