Is Prince Andrew a victim of forgery?

In an interview with The Sun, sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell came out for the first time in prison about the disgraced royal and her "loved friend."

Ghislaine is presently serving a 20-year sentence for trafficking adolescent females.

The former British socialite stated in the interview that she believes the Duke of York is a victim of fabricated evidence.

Prince Andrew's Picture with Virginia Giuffre 'Not Real'

Despite everyone witnessing it with their own eyes, Ghislaine Maxwell called one of the most highly-talked about exhibits in the case against Prince Andrew a fabrication.

It's the infamous photo with him gripping Virginia Giuffre's belly that was allegedly shot in 2001 at Ghislaine's home in London.

The photo also showed her standing in the backdrop, wide-eyed.

The inmate, on the other hand, asserted that the photograph was genuine, supporting the royal's earlier assertion.

"There was never an original one produced," she said, adding that she declined to discuss Virginia, who sued Prince Andrew for sex assault and allegedly earned $12 million in damages earlier this year.

However, when Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer Alan Dershowitz questioned her if the photo was real, Ghislaine said, "It looks real. I believe so."

When pressed on it, she said she doesn't "recognize" the image and doesn't believe it's a legit image.

Then Ghislaine stated that in the email with Dershowitz, all she wanted to convey was that she recognized her own residence.

"If you see an image of yourself in your house and someone asks you, 'Is that a picture of you?' So you don't question."

Losing A 'Dear Friend'

Ghislaine Maxwell lost not just Prince Andrew but also a lot, particularly following her ties to Jeffrey Epstein, who was discovered dead in his jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking allegations.

"I feel so horrible for him," she said of Queen Elizabeth II's purported favorite son. I'm keeping track of what's going on with him."

When told that the former royal's counsel said they were never close, the 60-year-old was reportedly disturbed, adding, "I recognize that our friendship could not survive my conviction."

"He is paying a high price for his affiliation. He is a dear friend of mine. I'm concerned about him."

Ghislaine also expressed sorrow for her involvement with the sex abuser, alleging it had transformed her into a "wicked witch" hate figure who had harmed those she loved.

She stated that she wishes she could go back in time and never be affiliated with Epstein.
