Did Gisele Bundchen issue an ultimatum to her husband before filing for divorce?

There have been multiple allegations that she and Tom Brady are having marital issues, but on Friday, their divorce has been confirmed.

Divorce attorneys had already been involved prior to the announcement, implying that both parties were already working out a settlement behind closed doors.

But, according to Us Weekly, the Brazilian beauty threatened to end their marriage months ago before coming to this decision.

"Gisele warned Tom that either he quit football to spend more time with his family or she would leave forever."

They went on to state that Gisele doesn't want him to be damaged and unable to enjoy life in the future since she is only doing it for her family.

In September, the 42-year-old and the 45-year-old athlete got into a heated argument after he announced his retirement just weeks before.

According to the source, Gisele Bundchen has always been the parent that takes care of the kids her whole life, and she and Tom Brady allegedly discussed his ultimately retiring to focus on their family. The quarterback then abruptly altered his mind.

Tom and Gisele have two children: Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, nine. He also has a child with his ex-wife Bridget Moyhanan- Jack, 15.

Gisele Bundchen, Tom Brady New Divorce Problem?

Speaking of children, it was discovered that Tom Brady won another battle in his divorce from Gisele Bundchen, with his children siding with their father, according to sources.

Their two children, according to a source who talked to Radar Online, want to live with the star quarterback.

The kids apparently adore their father and "can't imagine life without him."

However, Gisele would not give up custody without a battle.

According to the source who spoke to Radar, Gisele requested that her stepson Jack be raised by his mother. She also apparently believed it would be better since she believes the seven-time Super Bowl champion consistently prioritizes football before family.

"Benjamin is alright with Gisele, but he adores his father," they stated. He enjoys the fact that Tom has never pushed him to be an athlete. He's more of a math nerd, Tom means everything to him, and he even dresses like him."

"She's the ultimate daddy's girl," a source stated of Vivian. "He can do no wrong in her eyes. She attends all of his training, closely watches his games, and celebrates every time he touches the ball."

Vivian allegedly enjoys playing football at school and even brags about her father's jersey. When it comes to Jack, though, "Jack likes his father and want to live with him during his high school years." He is a football enthusiast who plays free safety and quarterback for his high school squad. I've heard he maintains a framed portrait of his father in uniform in his team locker as motivation."

The children's adoration for Tom Brady has left the supermodel frustrated, despite the fact that she goes out of her way to garner their love and admiration.

"She struck the root when they indicated to their mother that they might wish to live with Tom. If he even tries to pursue anything more than joint custody, she has promised to fight him tooth and nail."
