Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce revealed more about his relationship with American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift, including his thoughts on her songs, in his recent interview and cover story for The Wall Street Journal.

On Monday, the New York City-based international daily newspaper published Kelce's story titled "How Travis Kelce Manifested the Best Year of His Life." In Kelce's interview, the National Football League star revealed he was just another Swiftie -- Taylor Swift fan -- long before meeting the singer.

Like any other fan, Kelce also had a Taylor Swift song he wanted to hear live. "'Blank Space' was one I wanted to hear live for sure," he revealed. He even quoted the song's lyrics, saying, "I could make a bad guy good for the weekend -- that's helluva line!"

Taylor's new "lover" also talked about the singer's songs in general and quipped that "The Eras Tour" star "writes catchy jingles."

On a more serious note, he shared a beautiful description of how his girlfriend writes songs, saying, "I've never been a man of words. Being around her, seeing how smart Taylor is, has been f- mind-blowing."

"I'm learning every day," he added.

Kelce also openly shared his admiration for his girl during the interview. "Obviously, I've never dated anyone with that kind of aura about them...I've never dealt with it. But at the same time, I'm not running away from any of it," he said.

"The scrutiny she gets, how much she has a magnifying glass on her, every single day, paparazzi outside her house, outside every restaurant she goes to, after every flight she gets off, and she's just living, enjoying life. When she acts like that, I better not be the one acting all strange," he continued.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce first sparked relationship rumors when the latter was spotted at the former's "The Eras Tour" concert at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas last July 8.

More recently, they shared sweet moments during Taylor's "The Eras Tour" concert in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The two were filmed sharing a hug and a kiss after one of Taylor's concerts in the South American country.

During the concert, the pop icon also changed the lyrics of her song "Karma" while her boyfriend Kelce was in the audience.

Instead of "Karma is the guy on the screen, coming straight home to me," she sang, "Karma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me," making his boyfriend blush.
