BTS V -- real name Kim Tae-hyung -- arrived back in Seoul, South Korea, Thursday after finishing his overseas schedule in London.

When V arrived at the Incheon International Airport, he lovingly greeted the large crowd of ARMYs -- BTS fans -- by waving at them and nodding with an eye smile. Despite wearing a mask, V's expressive eyes were enough to convey his warm greetings to his fans waiting for his arrival at the airport for hours.

While heading toward his van, some fans tried to get a closer view of V and followed him as he kept walking while surrounded by his bodyguards.

When he finally reached his van, V gave his fans, as well as his bodyguards, a final wave to say goodbye.

ARMYs gushed over the "Layover" artist's biker-inspired airport fashion. Per fans, V looked cool and dashing in his leather biker jacket, distressed sweatshirt, denim jeans and suede boots. Brown leather gloves were also seen peeking from his jacket's pocket.

V's large black backpack, white headphones and recently trimmed black hair completed his airport look.

"Welcome home, Taehyung. You are always handsome and sparkling," commented one fan on Korea Dispatch's Instagram post on V's airport arrival.

"The tiger is slaying," added another.

In other news, V, alongside his bandmates RM, Jimin and Jungkook, recently initiated their military enlistment process.

Per BigHit Music's Weverse announcement on Nov. 22, the remaining member of the "hyung line" of BTS and the three members of the "maknae line" were already preparing to fulfill their military service duties.

The label didn't announce other further details about the remaining BTS members' military enlistment at the time.

Recently, some K-media outlets reportedly revealed that V allegedly applied to be assigned to the Special Mission Unit of the Capital Defense Command of the Republic of Korea's Army. He will allegedly begin his basic training at the New Recruit Training Center in Nonsan on Dec. 11.

However, BigHit Music responded to the reports and stated that it could not confirm any information regarding the BTS members' military service assignment at the time.
