Celebrities are known to receive free stuff just for being famous, but some allegedly even want to be gifted luxury apartments.

Luxury real estate developer Gil Dezer, who is behind Porsche and Bentley-branded towers in Florida, claimed to Page Six that celebrities and "mega-millionaires" often ask for free apartments at his opulent developments, where a unit can cost eight figures.

"I get celebrities all the time calling me saying, 'You need to give me an apartment,'" Dezer claimed.

The developer alleged that some famous and ultra-rich people "have come to me and said, 'Hey, hook me up!' They wanted in on the ground floor for free, and I am talking about mega-millionaires. It is crazy."

Dezer, however, pointed out that one celebrity was different from the rest.

"Future was different though," the developer told the outlet. "He came to me like a gentleman, and he said, 'Will you give me a good price?'"

According to Dezer, the rapper is purchasing a $7.5 million apartment at Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

The unit is equipped with exclusive amenities like a private pool and a 1,500-square-foot, four-car "sky garage" on the same floor.

Scheduled for completion in 2027, the 62-story Bentley building has 216 units, with prices starting at $5.65 million.

The residences boast lavish features such as heated floors, home saunas, outdoor showers and balcony pools.

The tower will also have a private restaurant in the lobby that will serve a menu curated by chef Todd English.

Following Future's purchase, interest from other A-listers reportedly surged.

Dezer claimed some publicists had requested private tours for their clients in exchange for exclusive perks like football game passes, concert tickets and jewelry.

The developer emphasized that while gifts are appreciated, only those who "put down the money and sign on the dotted line" will get a unit.

Dezer's client roster includes notable figures like Alicia Keys, Swizz Beatz and NFL stars Trevon and Stefon Diggs.

Meanwhile, this is far from the first time that celebrities have been called out for asking for free things.

In July 2023, "Coronation Street" star Catherine Tyldesley faced criticism for allegedly requesting cakes from a local bakery in exchange for social media promotion, a claim the actress denied, the Daily Mail reported.

According to the Daily Record, royal biographer Tom Bower also claimed on GB News that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle allegedly sought freebies, including a stay at a mansion and private jet usage. Enstarz could not independently verify this information.
