Meghan Markle and Prince Harry seemingly became a laughing stock for some netizens after they attended the premiere of Bob Marley's movie in Jamaica.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a surprise appearance at the Carib 5 Theater in Kingston, Jamaica, for the premiere of "Bob Marley: One Love." A clip showing the royal couple being led to their respective seats, several rows behind the front row where the VIPs were seated, made the rounds on social media.

Some netizens claimed that the former "Suits" actress made a "sulky flump" when she sat down because she was allegedly unhappy about where they were seated.

"It was a proper sulky flump," one netizen commented on the clip with multiple laughing emojis. Another added, "Haha! The way she flumps down!"

"I noticed her smoothing her skirt down a lot!! Procrastinating sitting down because it was an inferior seating arrangement, no doubt!!" a third netizen claimed.

"I tend to believe that Harry & Meghan indeed gatecrashed the event. If the CEO of Paramount invited them, they would at least be seated on the same row w/ the Prime Minister and other VIPs. H is feeling of being 'just,' and doesn't like it," a fourth user opined.

Despite the criticisms, several netizens defended Prince Harry and Markle. According to them, the pair had better seats by being away from the screen.

"Unfortunately, they actually have good seats...Think about it, by sitting too close to the movie screen, one has to tilt one's head way up in order to watch the film, which becomes too uncomfortable after a while," one wrote.

"I'm not their biggest fan, but I agree with your thought process. No one wants to sit in the front row," a second person added.

"Lol, you are brave to point it out," a third user opined, seemingly agreeing with the other two netizens.

Meanwhile, some online users laughed at Markle's outfit because they felt she was overdressed, especially after seeing a man wearing a hoodie and another gentleman rocking a cap behind the royal couple.

"lol I've just said the same thing well overdressed it's hilarious. We shouldn't laugh, but we can't help it lol," one said.

"Hahaha, she wants to watch that dress doesn't get stuck down the back of the seat because she's had to tuck it in? Be awful if it ripped," another wrote.

Some other netizens questioned Markle and Prince Harry's attendance at the event because a previous report claimed that she skipped her husband's recognition at the Living of Legends Aviation Awards because one of their kids got sick. The Sussex supporters argued that the report wasn't from their camp and that if one kid got sick, the child was probably fine by the time they traveled to Jamaica.
