The number 13 has always been special for Taylor Swift, and in the case of this year's Super Bowl, it seems to be everywhere.

In a 2009 interview with Jay Leno, the "1989" artist enumerated the many instances in her life that highlighted her favorite number 13.

She said, "I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks. My first No. 1 had a 13-second intro."

"Every time I've won an award, I've been seated in either the 13th seat, the 13th row, the 13th section, or row M, which is the 13th letter. Basically, whenever a 13 comes up in my life, it's a good thing," the songstress continued.

At this year's Super Bowl, where her beau's team will have a match against the San Francisco 49ers, the singer's lucky number is ever-present. 

1. Flight from Tokyo to Las Vegas

Taylor's flight from Tokyo to Las Vegas took around 13 hours. 

The "Midnights" singer held a sold-out four-day "The Eras Tour" from Wednesday to Saturday at the Tokyo Dome in Japan. 

2. Super Bowl LVIII

The 58th Super Bowl opened at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sunday.

Five plus eight equals 13.

3. Super Bowl opening date

The opening date of the annual event is Feb. 11. Adding up two (for the month of February) and 11 is equal to 13, as well. 

4. San Francisco 49ers

Travis Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs team is playing against the San Francisco 49ers.

Adding up four and nine is equal to 13, too. 

5. National Football Conference seeds

Per the New York Times, the San Francisco 49ers were the no. 1 seed in the NFC, while the Kansas City Chiefs were the third seed.

Putting one and three side by side makes 13.

6. Taylor's 13th NFL game

After attending the Chiefs games versus the Chicago Bears in September last year, the songstress was spotted at her beau's other NFL matches.

The Super Bowl will be the 13th NFL game Taylor will attend.

7. Brock Purdy's jersey number

The 49ers starting quarterback, Brock Purdy, wears a No. 13 jersey.

It's unclear if all of these could be a good sign for the team of Taylor's boyfriend.
