GloRilla made a surprising claim about Megan Thee Stallion at an awards show.

On Sunday, the 24-year-old rapper was interviewed by Billboard at the 2024 CMT Music Awards in Austin, Texas. During the brief interview, she talked about going on tour with her co-rapper and "Wanna Be" featured artist.

"I love Megan. She's a wonderful partner. She's so fun. That's my girl! You know what I'm saying?" she said of the "Hot Girl Summer" artist before claiming that she was the one who taught Megan how to twerk.

"I taught her how to twerk. It might seem crazy, but it's true," said GloRilla.

Megan Thee Stallion made her professional solo debut in 2017 with "Make It Hot," while GloRilla released her debut mixtape "Most Likely Up Next" in 2019.

Enstarz could not independently confirm GloRilla's statement about her older co-rapper.

The two female rappers recently collaborated on one of the tracks on GloRilla's mixtape "Ehhthang Ehhthang" with "Wanna Be."

Aside from a song collaboration, the two will be on the road together for the "Sweetest Pie" rapper's "Hot Girl Summer Tour," which will kick off in May.

Also on Sunday, Megan Thee Stallion showed off her twerking skills via Instagram and said her behind is "the best a** on IG."

"IG after dark. LOL. And nobody better not challenge me because this is the best a** on IG, or if you think so, tag me in your video. Stream 'Wanna Be,'" she captioned her twerking video, inviting others to twerk to the song.

In less than a day, the video has gained a staggering 35 million views on the platform.

The "Wanna Be" featured artist's twerking video has also become a hot topic of discussion in a pop culture Reddit thread.

Many commented on how impressed they were by the 29-year-old rapper's twerking skills and how she twerks so smoothly.

"I watched a few times. Impressive. I am trying to figure out how to do this without hurting myself," one netizen commented.

"I got so distracted I didn't even realize I watched this loop like 10 times," said another.

"My flat a** just turned green with envy," quipped someone else.

The Houston-based rapper seemingly loves to show off her curves and bottom through her twerks.

In 2021, she debuted on the Grammy stage with a twerk-filled performance. She twerked to her song "Savage" and performed a risque dance routine with "Body."
