Drake Sells California Estate, Buys $15 Million Texas Ranch Following 3rd Trespasser This Week — See Inside!
It seems Drake is cutting ties with his California estate amid an infamous rap beef with Kendrick Lamar which became violent in just a matter of days.
In an explosive series of events, a drive-by shooting at Drake's home on May 7 left one of his security guards with wounds to the upper chest. The next day, local police investigated after an intruder attempted to break into his home. The guard survived and the intruder was arrested, per Bossip.
On May 11, TMZ reported that a third trespasser was removed from Drake's property following a report by the Toronto Police. Per the media outlet, the intruder was riding close to the home on a bike when two guards tackled him to the ground, placing a knee in his back.

Media outlets speculated that the rapper was "leaving America" after all the turmoil; however, it seems he's found prime real estate in Texas — a countryside ranch to be specific.
According to XXL, the $15 million dollar Texas ranch includes an organic farm and four cottages. Constructed in 2002, The Inn at Dos Brisas is a resort consisting of a whopping 313 acres of land, located in Chappell Hill, Texas.
The resort, now Drizzy Drake's playground, is just 45 minutes away from Houston, a city the 36-year-old claims is the "place where it all started" for him, and has long held a place in his heart.
The resort closed its doors back in 2022 due to Covid-19, leading the Grammy Award winning artist to purchase the property in 2023.
The grounds include four luxurious cottages, an entertainment lodge, five haciendas which include their own private pools and floor-to-ceiling windows, and an equestrian facility and horse track.
With the amount of yardage available on the property, the 'Houstalantavegas' rapper could ride horses and house livestock, if he so chooses.
