Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's marriage is slowing heading downhill, according to reports. 

Sources close to the couple confirmed that Odom, who has recently been rumored to be cheating on his wife, amid drug abuse struggles and a recent DUI arrest is currently not living with his wife. 

"They're separated for the moment," a source said, according to People. "Khloé is spending many nights at her mom's house and Lamar is at his place [in] downtown [L.A.]"

Another source said that Odom, who admitted to using drugs in 2011, "thought Khloé saved him. But in reality she never even knew about his drug issues."

A third source who claimed to be close to the Kardashian family said Khloe is not the one who wants a divorce. 

"I believe Lamar is the one who wants out [of the marriage]. It's not looking good," the source said. 

Enstars reported last week that reality star was said to have undergone testing for sexually transmitted diseases after learning about her husband's infidelity. 

Khloe "was physically sick to her stomach when Lamar admitted that not only had he cheated on her, but didn't use protection 100 percent of the time," a source told Radar Online. "Lamar refused to admit to how many women it was, but Khloe knew it was at least five different women in the past year."

The source added that Khloe immediately went to the doctor to get checked out. Fortunately, all her tests came back negative. 

"She is healthy, thankfully, but never thought this would happen to her. It's bad enough that Lamar betrayed their marriage vows, but to place her health in jeopardy is just disgusting," the source said.
