Nick Cannon denied rumors that he and wife Mariah Carey are getting divorced, though a tabloid stated otherwise.

The National Enquirer contacted reps for the pair regarding claims that they are heading for a split. Carey's rep denied trouble in the marriage and shortly after the songstress tweeted a personal picture: a cleavage shot of Carey wearing a black bra and an open shirt for her husband.

"Happy birthday to my Hubby @NickCannon..."my baby I'm waiting on youuuu hahaha! KKLB! GHL!!! Mwah!!!!" the photo caption said. It was for Cannon's 33rd birthday, which he celebrated Oct. 8.

The tabloid claims they are not in a happy relationship and Carey reportedly has not been wearing her wedding ring recently as she gets close to young men in the music industry.

"All this cavorting around with handsome men has Nick seeing red," a source told the publication, printed in its Oct. 21 issue. "He's about at the end of his rope with Mariah."

Carey is also believed to be concerned about Cannon's wandering eye. She reportedly was fired up when her husband flirted with a woman on the set of his MTV show Wild 'N Out.

Cannon, who has twins Monroe and Moroccan with his wife, took to Twitter on Oct. 10 to dispel the allegations.

"The @NatEnquirer is for sale! I tried to buy the company but my accountants keep saying its not worth the money. #liars #getverified."
