Singing sensation Jennifer Hudson debuted a new hairdo at BET's Black Girls Rock show Saturday Oct. 26.

The Grammy-award singer showed off her new pixie haircut on the hot pink carpet. She definitely kept the focus on her new look while performing for the show with light makeup including dark smokey eyes and a girly pink lip with stud earrings. Hudson, 32, also wore a shimmery, short, long-sleeved,  black dress with knee-high boots. She switched it up when she presented awards and wore a long-sleeved, black turtleneck top with peek-a-boo areas just below her elbows and a high-waisted patterned skirt.

She rocked the stage wearing a signature cropped zip up and leather pants, showing off her slim figure.

The Dream Girls star revealed some of her fitness secrets on Weight Waters' online magazine, Momfeeds, and teaching her son how to be healthy as well.

"I'm always reading about what you're supposed to do and not supposed to do. What I've realized is that the secret ingredient to teaching my son anything is fun. By taking some of the things that I've learned from my own experiences, and wrapping them up in a whole lot of fun, I'm making the healthy choice the easy choice...Sometimes instead of ordering out, we make our own pizza together. We always ave a lot of veggies for toppings, so he can be creative and try new vegetables in a fun, interesting way."

Hudson became an advocate and spokesperson for Weight Watchers who helped her lose 80 pounds.

Black Girls Rock premieres on BET Sunday Nov. 3 at 7/6c.
