Actress Renee Zellweger has ignited rumors that she had plastic surgery performed on her face after she recently attended the screening of the movie, Long Shot: The Kevin Laue Story looking like a completely different person. 

The 44-year-old actress attended the movie which was held at the AMC Burbank 16 Theater in Calif. on Nov. 2 with her face barely recognizable. Her entire face appeared to be slimmer, her skin looked smooth and her eyes seemed larger. (See before & after photos here:)

Zellweger was there to watch the documentary which surrounds the story of the first one-armed basketball player to make the team at a major NCAA university. While she attended the event to show her support for the team behind the touching story , Radar Online reported that her new face was the hottest topic of conversation.

According to RumorFix, "her appearance has set tongues wagging that she may have had an eye work done, with plastic surgery to remove excess skin from the eyelid  to provide a more 'wide eyed' look."

Fans and attendees have a similar reaction to Zellweger's new look when she debuted her face on Oct. 24 at the Giorgio Armani, "One Night Only" event in New York City. 

Zellweger, has been taking a break from acting hasn't made a movie in about three years. One of her famous movies inlcudes, 2004′s Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason. Her 2010 movie Case 39 racked only $28 million at the box office and 2009′s My One and Only made $3 million.
