Patrick Stewart took a moment form his hectic Broadway schedule to sit down with Jon Stewart and discuss some of the more interesting photos he happens to tweet.

If you've pursued the famed Star Trek: Next Generation and X-Men actor's Twitter, he appears to be an incredibly happy person who, as Jon Stewart points out, seems to be enjoying life to the fullest. Case in point, a recent photo of Stewart reclining in a bathtub while dressed as a giant lobster.

"[My wife and I] were going to a Halloween party and I had explained to her that I'm an actor, we don't put on costumes," Stewart said, explaining how he had wound up as a giant lobster. "We leave that to civilians because we spend our days wearing costumes. No. No costumes. Well she found this thing online, she sent off for it, and she took it out of the box and showed it me and I had to put it on...It was a musician friend of hers who said you've got to put him in the bath."

Stewart's Twitter feed is filled with photos similar to this, ranging from the actor drowning in a ball pit to Stewart wearing a cotton candy mustache.

While some celebrities desire that their quirky personal life stay hidden, Stewart is more than happy to share it with fans.

"We had fun with this, and if it makes us laugh the we would like to share it with you," Stewart said.

The British actor is currently based in New York City while he performs with Ian McKellen in Waiting For Godot and No Man's Land at the Cort Theatre.
