The Ellen Degeneres Show is bringing Hunger Games fans a number of interviews from the premiere of this weekend's hottest release.

The Ellen team was on the ground for the recent premiere of Catching Fire and Thursday's episode promises to provide some insight from the film's most prominent stars.

Staring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, and Liam Hemsworth, the Francis Lawrence film is the second installment in the Hunger Games series. Based on the novel series penned by Suzanne Collins, the original young adult novels follow the journeys of Katniss Everdeen (Lawrence), Peeta Mellark (Hutcherson) and Gale Hawthorne (Hemswoeth) as they fight for survival during a series a brutal competitions and a resulting revolution.

The Monday night event at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live was the most recent in a string of international premieres that stretched from Los Angeles to London and Rome, according to the International Business Times. Meanwhile, Degeneres' has been keeping fans entertained with a plethora of guests and specials.

After giving lucky competition winners tickets to the premiere, Ellen played host to Elizabeth Bank. The actress portrays the effervescent Capital denizen Effie Trinket and she gave her take on the upcoming release.

"[Katniss and Peeta] won the 74th Hunger Games and now we're on a victory tour," Banks explained. "I'm like their PR person and I take them on the victory tour. We end in the Capital and then of course they end up getting recalled back into the 75th, big time, Quarter Quell Hunger Games and it's not so fun. I gets very dramatic after that."

Hopefully Ellen will provide even more insight into the characters' trials and tribulations when the series airs it's premiere footage on Thursday, Nov. 21. Robin Williams and Ellie Kemper also stop by.
