The latest Believe trailer debuted Tuesday and showed the Boyfriend singer getting teary-eyed on camera. Speaking about being in love, he called it the "most powerful thing" there is.

Talking about the direction his career is headed in, Bieber said, "I am the only one who can make those decisions because I am going to have to live with my career for the rest of my life."

The Canadian also addressed the troubles he faces from the paparazzi, specifically one incident in London when he tried to attack a photographer who told the singer "f--k off back to America."

"I've been chased by those same people and they were verbally assaulting me. They wanted to get a reaction out of me so that they can make me seem out of control," Bieber said. "When they really see it from my perspective, I'm a good person."
