Apparently, there is always something new to hear about Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' relationship. This time, he is involved with the Woman In Gold, and his wife is nowhere in the picture.

Reportedly, not only have the Green Lantern actor's more recent films received poor reviews, but his marriage to wife Blake Lively has been under some serious scrutiny, too. However, contrary to the latest gossip, Reynolds has been spotted taking his sweetheart on lunch dates during her breaks from filming on set of her upcoming movie, The Age of Adaline.  Plus, more recently they were snapped coming from a dinner gathering at his mother's house in Vancouver - her set's location and his hometown.

So then, why has the 37-year-old actor's name been linked to the Woman In Gold lately? According to a post on Indie Wire April 4, with the proper role in the proper film, Reynolds will be able to flourish on-screen. Woman In Gold is said to be his next movie, in which he can do just that. Originally, Spiderman actor Andrew Garfield was to play the role which will now be portrayed by Reynolds.

IMDb revealed that the movie is a "biography of Maria Altmann, who was a Jewish WWII survivor that took action against the Austrian government to retrieve multiple stolen Gustav Klimt paintings." Moreover, while Blake Lively's hubby will play Maria Altmann's lawyer in the flick, the former Gossip Girl actress continues to remain his leading lady in real life.
