While Juan Pablo Galavis has remained in the spotlight ever since his stint earlier this year on ABC's dating series The Bachelor, he is thankful that the media "circus" of appearing on the show is behind him.

NBC News Anchor Calls Juan Pablo Galavis 'Troubled'

Galavis posted a photo on Twitter last night crediting his current girlfriend Nikki Ferrell, whom he met through the series, while at the same time voicing his opinion on having been a contestant on ABC.

"At the Ave. of the GIANTS in the Redwood Forest with @nikki_ferrell," tweeted Galavis, "when the CIRCUS was over...#RealLife #Love".

The Bachelor Stars Get Affectionate Online 

The "circus" he referred to is likely to be related to the media scrutiny he's received since The Bachelor, particularly following his controversial decision during the finale. Galavis surprised audiences when he offered Ferrell a rose and told her that he "liked her a lot," without an "I love you" or a proposal of marriage.

Two months later and the couple still claims to be going strong despite break up and baby rumors. Ferrell was spotted with a ring on her left finger last month, but neither she nor Galavis has commented on whether or not they are officially engaged.

Ferrell left town this past week visiting her family in Colorado, while Galavis spent some time in New York City. While the separate vacations first suggested a break-up, Ferrell and Galavis continue to expression their affection for one another via social media.
