While Daniel Radcliffe is blessed/cursed to always be remembered as Harry Potter, the actor is now an adult who is apparently looking to take on different, occasionally challenging projects.

Some actors gets trapped in a role, but so far Radcliffe has managed to avoid that. Now, his next film, Horns, has seen its trailer debut, as Entertainment Weekly reported on Tuesday.

Radcliffe stars in Horns, a movie based off a novel by Joe Hill and helmed by horror director Alexandre Aja. In the movie, Radcliffe plays a character named Ig, a murder suspect who grows horns from his head in a very devilish fashion. Also appearing in the film are Heather Graham, Max Minghella, and Juno Temple.

The film already debuted in Toronto, but it has not been released widely yet, and it will be making an appearance at San Diego Comic-Con next week, with Radcliffe presuming to make an appearance. If he does, it will probably bring a lot more attention to an otherwise idiosyncratic supernatural mystery film. While Horns is not likely to reach a wide audience, that's not really something Radcliffe really needs to be worried about, and he has not really shown any signs of doing anything but making films he is interested in since the Harry Potter series of films came to a close.

Perhaps this trailer, which features Radcliffe, and plenty of his horns, may entice audiences who up to this point were not aware of it.
