It looks as though Sonja Morgan isn't have the best of years as the reality television star was forced to sell her home in order to pay off her debts. The Real Housewives of New York star finally sold her French estate to help pay off her bankruptcy case and pay off the millions she owes to her creditors.

According to Radar Online, Morgan sold her $5.7 million dollar French Estate back in May with a net of approximately $4.5 million after closing.

The trustee in her case filed the report while stating, "The Trustee of the above-captioned bankruptcy estate, hereby reports as to the private sale of the estate's interest in certain real property known as 'La Clos' located on the Parc de l'Oumede in Ramatuelle, France."

Morgan originally listed the French estate at $8 million but had to settle for much less when it sold.

Earlier, Morgan insisted that she would be keeping her home and that her financial woes have been blown out of proportion.

The blonde beauty recently responded to cast mate Ramona Singer's allegations that she is not only losing her home, but that she is struggling to make ends meet after a bad business deal within the movie industry and owes millions of dollars to her investors.

Morgan is facing a $7 million judgment from Hannibal Pictures, which according to the judge in their case, have the next year to enforce liens on the Real Housewives of New York star's earnings and assets. According to court documents, she failed to raise money for a new project starring John Travolta and is now being sued for damages.
