Tom Cruise has finally come out of the woodwork.  The recently heart-broken Scientologist has reunited with his daughter Suri as he was seen carrying her into The Greenwich Hotel in New York today, according to a pic posted by TMZ.

Apparently, the exiled hubby recently wrapped up his latest film and immediately flew to the Big Apple in order to visit the 6 year-old.

In another pic put up by TMZ, Cass Cruise, Cruise's sister can be seen in an elevator holding gifts for the silver-spooned Suri. 

It is said that Tom will still have no contact with Katie and Suri will continue to be picked up and dropped off with the aid of intermediaries.

According to TMZ sources, Tom is "sad but not bitter" about the way things have halted with his ex-wife.   However, on the contrary, Tom did not end up paying Holmes any sort of money as he instead agreed to $10 million in child support for the next 12 years.

There is still large speculation as to whether Holmes wed Cruise for his money.  However, those close to Holmes claim she has more than enough of her own.

Too bad James Van Der Beek isn't single and/or out of work.  "Dawson's Creek" reunion anyone?
