TMZ reported on Saturday that Bieber and Arce were seen kissing on a yacht in Spain. Arce was Miss July 2013. In new photos from The Daily Mail, Arce was seen showing off her bikini body in Miami Beach.

Arce was wearing a blue two-piece as she hit the sand. Bieber didn't have any comment about Arce, but did deny dating model Shanina Shaik. Bieber posted a pic of the two on his Instagram last week and wrote, "Me and the beautiful @ShaninaMShaik and don't even start with dating rumors."

None of this is reportedly impressing old girlfriend Selena Gomez. Hollywood Life reported yesterday that Gomez is "disgusted" with Bieber's recent behavior. "Selena is beyond over Justin and his immature behavior. She knows very well that he is trying to make her jealous with all the pics he's been posting of him with other girls, including Kendall," a source told the website. "But rather than making her feel hurt or making her miss Justin, it's back firing. She's disgusted with how he's behaving," our source reveals. "She's not hurt, she's actually grateful that she's not with him anymore. In her opinion, he's acting out and she would rather have nothing to do with him."
