One of the hottest couples currently competing on ABC's Dancing With the Stars are allegedly becoming even more passionate off the dance floor.

Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy are reportedly hooking up offscreen, according to a new HollywoodLife.com report.

"They are hooking up and casually dating," a source tells the website. "Nothing serious but they are super into each other and are just taking the time to enjoy each other's company!"

Rumors of dance couples dating offscreen have been rampant on Dancing With the Stars since the first season of the show, so this might just be another rumor blown out of proportion, or it could be something actually serious. There is no confirmation from either Parrish or Chmerkovskiy that they are hooking up and/or dating.

Parrish and Chmerkovskiy have used their chemistry to their benefit, having survived to the eighth week of competition. They are in the Final 7 and are hoping to keep going further for a chance at the coveted Mirrorball Trophy.

They are currently in fourth place on the overall leaderboard with an average score of 34. Alfonso Ribeiro & Witney Carson and Bethany Mota & Derek Hough are currently tied for first with an average of 35.1 while Lea Thompson & Artem Chigvintsev are in third place with an average score of 34.1. At this point, if any of these couples have an off night, Parrish & Chmerkovskiy could potentially shoot up to the top.

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
