Carrie Underwood will be at least four months pregnant by the time the American Country Countdown Awards air this December, but fortunately the nominee will have a lot less pressure than she did at the CMA Awards.

Mike Releases Moving Message For Carrie Underwood

Last week the country singer co-hosted the 49th Annual CMA Awards with Brad Paisley. With 10 costume changes and plenty running around, the Something In The Water singer, who announced her pregnancy with husband and NHL player Mike Fisher in September, certainly had her hands full.

On Tuesday, Taste Of Country announced the nominations for the Countdown Awards. Underwood scored one nomination for Female Vocalist of the Year.

Carrie Underwood Opts For New Pregnancy Look

She is up for the award alongside Taylor Swift, plus The Voice's Danielle Bradbury and Cassadee Pope. She will also be competing with her Somethin' Bad duet partner Miranda Lambert, who took home the award at the CMA Awards on Nov. 5.

Underwood will be further along in her pregnancy by then; she won't have nearly as many responsibilities as she did at the CMA Awards. This means the singer will be able to sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

Most recently the artist performed for HBO's Concert for Valor on Tuesday in honor of Veterans Day. Underwood later noted on Twitter what a wonderful time she'd had.

Underwood is due to give birth to her first child in Spring 2015.

The American Country Countdown Awards will air on Fox Dec. 15.
