Kate Middleton is five months pregnant, but rather than nesting, she is focusing all her attention on Prince George before the new baby arrives.

Prince William & Kate Middleton Left Prince George At Home While They Broke Holiday Traditions

As Middleton graces the cover of People this month, the story inside gets a deeper look of how Middleton is preparing for the second royal baby.

Maternity Nurse Sarah Dixon has worked with friends of the royal family and said that Middleton has been extra attentive to Prince George before she has to focus on another child. She is reportedly being sure to get her quality time in whenever possible since he will no long be an only child in a few months.

"She will be mindful that this will be one of the last opportunities for sole 'George time.'" Dixon said.

Middleton has taken every single opportunity that has risen to spoil George during his final months without a baby sibling. Dixon said "they're making the most of it," which was evidenced recently when the royal couple took George to meet Santa Clause.

The royal couple already has one nanny, Maria Borrallo, but the pair is reportedly considering hiring a second nanny after the birth of their second child.

In addition to a nanny, Middleton's mom is another caregiver that steps in when she has other royal duties to perform. Only time will tell how the royal family will handle being a family of four rather than three.
