The TomKat era might have officially ended on Aug. 20, but details have just surfaced about their quickie settlement.

Consistent with the prenup Katie Holmes signed, she receives no spousal support from Tom Cruise's estimated $250 million fortune, reported TMZ. However, Cruise must pay Holmes $400,000 a year in child support, or just over $33,333.33 a month, through electronic transfer. Cruise has to pay child support until Suri turns 18 (12 years from now), meaning a total of $4.8 million from the "Mission Impossible" actor, according to the site.

Cruise also has to pay for Suri's medical, dental, insurance, education, college and extracurricular costs.

Holmes could've received more child support under New York law if the case went to trial, but both she and Cruise decided to settle quickly. The agreement also stated that Suri will not attend a "residential school" (boarding school) from now through her high school years.

The Daily Mail reported that Cruise lost 14 pounds in three weeks due to the split.

"Tom's friends and family have urged him to take a break, but he has brushed off their concern," a source told Grazia magazine. "He is refusing to slow down and is trying to soldier on. He doesn't seem to be himself. He hasn't been working out like he normally does and doesn't appear to be eating well at all. His clothes just hang off him."

On the other hand, Holmes seems to be doing just fine. She is set to play Lorna in "Dead Accounts," a new play from former "Smash" showrunner Theresa Rebeck, and during New York Fashion Week, the single starlet will show her line Holmes and Yang.
