Though Heidi Klum and Seal said they wanted to keep their divorce amicable, it seems they aren't keeping true to their word.

The couple split in January after six years of marriage and have three children together: 6-year-old Henry, 5-year-old Jonah and 2-year-old Lou. Seal adopted Klum's 8-year-old daughter, Leni.

Klum requested primary physical custody, but Seal has demanded they spend an equal amount of time with their kids. He has also contested Heidi's claim that they don't share any assets that need to be divvied up, Star Magazine reported.

Seal is worth $15 million while Klum is worth $70 million - therefore the settlement could get ugly.

Another battle soon arose: Seal used intimate pictures of the children in an ad campaign for Leica digital camera without Klum's permission. The super model hired a lawyer to get Leica to retract the video and within days it was taken down.

"Heidi felt that the children had gone through enough since their parents split, and she didn't want their private moments out there for the world to see," an insider told Star magazine. "But Seal maintained he had  every right to use his personal photos -  and, moreover, that it was a done deal and out of his hands."

There has been much speculation that the reality TV host has been dating "Germany's Next Top Model" executive Thomas Hayo; however, Klum claims they are only coworkers.

"She's not interested in beginning another relationship right now. Her primary goal is getting the kids through the divorce and making sure they are healthy and happy," the source said.

When Seal appeared on the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" in late January, the singer was still wearing his wedding ring.

He acknowledged it and said, "Just because we have decided to separate doesn't necessarily mean you take off your ring and you're no longer connected to that person," he said. "We will be connected in many ways until the rest of our lives ... through our children and also through this tremendous admiration, respect and love that we have for each other."
