Harry Potter's Emma Watson has reportedly changed her tune in terms of potentially playing Anastasia Steele in the film adaptation of the racy E.L. James novel "Fifty Shades of Grey."

During a Monday "On Air" call, the young actress' "Perks Of Being A Wallflower" co-star Nina Dobrev had revealed some of the latest "Fifty Shades" details about Watson, which seemingly included a heightened interest in the role if heart throb Ryan Gosling were playing Christian Grey.

"She's laughing, a little bit nervously as I'm sure everybody was when they read those books.  She would be far more interested if he were playing Christian Grey.  I guess that's all it takes."

According to the New York Daily News, the 22-year-old was previously reported to be the front runner for the Anastasia Steele character, as the beautifully innocent Brit was said to be "a hot favorite to be chosen by producers Mike de Luca and Dana Brunetti."

However, Watson then denied the gossip by making the following comments in regard to a future role, according to Entertainment Weekly:

"There are so many movies you become attached to when I've literally never even received a phone call. It was the same way with 'The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo'"

"I haven't read the book, I haven't a read a script, nothing."

She then had gone on to defend herself further against the swirling racy movie rumors.

"The thing is I'm not going to go out there every time someone attaches me to a film to say no or release a statement," Watson said.

The sexually explicit "Fifty Shades of Grey" story revolves around a 22 year-old college graduate Anastasia Steele, who gets herself into a dominant and submissive sexual relationship with 27 year-old billionaire Christian Grey, through an "agreement," as both explore the world of bondage, dominance, submission and masochism.

Only time will tell if Emma Watson, or Ryan Gosling for that matter would each be casted for the highly coveted roles.
