Comedian Katt Williams is being sued for a "non-performance," in which he ended his show after being on stage for only 10 minutes and threatened hecklers after the brief performance.

Brian Herline filed a class action lawsuit representing concertgoers against Williams - who's real name is Micah S. Williams - and his promoter Live Nation. Fans are upset because they paid between $33 and $94 for tickets to see Williams in a scheduled full-length concert at the Oracle Arena in California on Nov. 16, but they received only a 10-minute show, according to the Mercury News. Herline and the attendees are seeking unspecified damages.

"Williams failed to perform," read the lawsuit. "The audience members deserve their money back. Therefore, Plaintiff brings this action on behalf of himself individually and on behalf of all others who paid money for a show and got nothing but Katt Williams's non-performance."

The lawsuit is an addition to Williams' history of legal troubles.

An 18-year-old aspiring rapper, Delvahn Mosely-Davis, sued Williams for allegedly bashing him in the head with a bottle at a fan meet, according to the Mercury News report. In a separate incident, the comedian reportedly jumped into the crowd of hecklers at a Denver concert on Nov.1.

Williams' former personal assistant filed a $5 million lawsuit earlier this month because she reportedly sustained eye injuries after he assaulted her and last month, the comedian was arrested for pulling out a gun on another comedian, Faizon Love.

Love told TMZ that the two funnymen had an argument over a $50,000 loan Love gave to Williams. When Love confronted Williams about the debt owed to him outside of Supperclub in Hollywood, Williams pointed a gun at him.

"Once the argument escalated, Katt went to his car to go get his gun to pull it out on me," Love told TMZ. "Fortunately, one of my homeboys who was there took the gun out of Katt's hands. Come to find out the gun he pulled out on me was not even loaded. My homeboy gave it back to him."

"I am just extremely upset that his punk ass would pull a gun out on me and even play with me like that," Love added.

Between November 2006 and June 2011, Williams was arrested at least three times for various offenses, including weapons charges, burglary and false imprisonment.
