Ben Affleck Says Gal Gadot Is 'Incredible' As Wonder Woman

Gadot, who is set to make her debut as Wonder Woman in the 2016 blockbuster, recently spoke with Total Film about the film being shrouded in secrecy.

''After a month or two months, they called me and said that they wanted to test me for this movie. It's crazy, because you feel like you're working with the CIA because everything is so confidential," she admitted.

Will Wonder Woman 'Evolve' Through The Upcoming DC Films?

Gadot recalled, ''And then, a week later, [Batman v Superman director] Zack Synder called me. He said, 'OK, I'm not sure you have it in Israel or how big it is in Israel, but have you heard of Wonder Woman?' My draw literally dropped. I died for a few seconds, then I went back to life. Then I tried to get back my coolest voice, and not talk like I'm shaky and overwhelmed.''

Much of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been kept hidden from the public. There has been one teaser trailer and one official trailer, with little snippets of info in between. The plot is only vaguely known to most people right now, other than Batman (Ben Affleck) trying to combat the potential future destruction of Superman (Henry Cavill) in the wake of the Metropolis disaster.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled for release in theaters on March 25, 2016.
